Frequently asked questions
Q1. Could you please advise which type of roller is used for furniture, and which one is for pet hair?
The roller with bristles is designed specifically for pet areas, while the roller without bristles is intended for cleaning mattresses, fabric furniture, and other household textiles.
Q2. Why is my suction power getting weaker, and how can I fix it?
Suction loss is usually caused by one of the following issues. Please check in this order:
1. Are you using the device on a smooth, hard surface (like tile or wood floor)?
The suction opening of a dust mite remover is wide and flat. It needs to seal tightly against a soft fabric surface (like a mattress or sofa) to work properly. On hard floors, air leaks in and the suction is wasted.
👉 Solution: Use the device only on soft surfaces such as beds, sofas, carpets, or pet mats.
2. Is the rubber gasket on the dust cup missing or installed backwards?
If the rubber seal is not correctly in place, air will leak and suction will drop.
👉 Solution: Check the rubber gasket. Make sure it is clean, properly seated, and facing the correct direction.
3. Is the dust cup or the filter clogged from not being cleaned for a long time?
A full dust cup or dirty filter blocks airflow and greatly reduces suction power.
👉 Solution: Clean the dust cup and all filters regularly. After cleaning, let the filters air-dry completely before putting them back into the device.
Q3. Why doesn't the heating effect feel as good as expected?
To achieve the best deep dehumidifying and refreshing results, please ensure you are using the device correctly. The most common reasons for a weak heating effect are insufficient contact and inadequate time.
Please follow the two steps below:
1. Ensure Full Contact with Fabric
Press the device firmly so it stays in full contact with the soft surface (mattress, sofa, etc.). The hot air needs to be sealed and blown directly into the fabric, not dispersed into the air.
2. Allow Enough Time for Each Area
Keep the 145°F (approx. 63°C) heated airflow working continuously on the same spot for more than 10 minutes. This sustained heat is necessary to penetrate deep into the fabric, absorb moisture, and leave the area feeling dry and refreshed.
Quick Tip: Moving the device too quickly or not covering the area long enough will reduce the dehumidifying effect. Please be patient and treat each section thoroughly.
Q4. The manual says the UV light turns on when the safety switch (on the small wheels) is pressed against a surface. How can I tell if the UV light is actually working?
The UV light is designed to turn off automatically when the device is lifted off the surface (like a mattress or fabric). This is an important safety feature to protect your eyes from direct UV exposure.
To check if the UV light is working properly, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Find a dark or dimly lit room (the glow is easier to see in low light).
Step 2: Turn on the device and place it flat onto a soft surface (such as a bed or sofa), so the small wheels are pressed down.
Step 3: Gently tilt the handle upward slightly, just enough to create a small gap between the roller wheels and the surface.
Step 4: Look closely at the gap. You may see a faint purple or blue glow reflecting off the fabric below.
If you see the glow: The UV light is working normally.
If you do NOT see the glow: Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Important Safety Reminder:
Do not look directly at the UV light for a prolonged time, as it may be harmful to your eyes.
The UV light is designed for disinfecting surfaces, not for viewing directly.
